Double Filter Test

I’ve tried a couple different techniques with this video from TikTok. It is a stop motion animation of the video played on my laptops screen with each photo taken with a 4 second open shutter on my iPhone (using manual settings on the ProCam app). I then used pieces of card painted with Blackest Black paint with holes of various sizes/shapes/numbers in front of the lens to ‘paint’ with the light.

This one was done with the camera on a tripod. I exposed too much of each frame and I’m not so keen on the stability of the image.

This one was done with both the computer and the tripod on an ‘unstable’ footing – both of them on my lap. I much prefer the look of this one.

This is both of them on top of each other with slight colour correction.
